The GDF SUEZ Nuclear Trainees Program

GDF SUEZ currently employs about 4,000 people with specific nuclear skills. In the next 5 years, nearly 1,000 engineers and technicians will join the Group to replace the staff leaving for retirement and to cover the development of all our projects.

To cope with this new challenge, we started with our “Nuclear Trainees Program” in 2006. It is a one-year course combining theoretical learning and field experience under the supervision of a coach allowing you, as junior engineer, to become a nuclear generalist whilst creating a solid network within the Group.
